What's Goin' On...

It seems crazy that I still don't have pictures updated and we are T-5 weeks and counting for sweet Baby3, but that's our life right now...So, so good, but so, so busy! I just wanted to give a quick Baby3 update for those asking and interested. We have been extremely good, very healthy and happy. We had a little scare where I had some unexplained spotting about 3 weeks ago, but it turns out I had an infection that could have easily been the cause and was no cause for concern. All other tests and sonograms proved that baby is growing well and having NO issues! Praise God! In the past week, I've been fighting a virus that now seems to be on the out--again, good news! Also, I've had a lot of contractions over the past several days, but nothing averaging less than 10 minutes apart, so as long as we can keep this sweet baby growing inside of me for the next two weeks, we will feel pretty safe whenever he or she wants to arrive. We've set a delivery date of April 16 after a battle over the doctor feeling the need to deliver on April 15. I realize that I'm a little crazy when I'm pregnant, but I really didn't want this precious little one to have a "tax day" birthday...so unless it decides differently, we're scheduled for the 16th. I've gained about 17 lbs. so far, and sweet baby cakes is measuring right on schedule of 34 weeks. I joked the other day that I only have to make it 5 more weeks...then I realized what I was saying...in 5 more weeks, life is going to be one massive chaotic time and who knows if it will ever be "normal" again. But, having said that we couldn't be more thrilled. This baby is such a gift and as "honey" says, this is our "joy baby."
